Monday to Friday

Office Hours

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Late Mark Grace

Up to 10:15 AM (max 3 times per month)

Attendance Policy

Attendance Tracking

Attendance must be marked through the official GPS-enabled HRMS system.

Non-Compliance

If location tracking is not visible in attendance:

  • Salary will be deducted per day of non-compliance.
  • If it occurs only once in a month, no deduction will be made.
  • Repeated failure to log valid attendance will lead to disciplinary action.

Punctuality & Performance

Late Reporting

Regular late reporting (after 10:15 AM) will:

  • Lead to daily salary deduction.
  • Be reflected negatively in performance evaluations.

Leave Application

All leaves must be applied in advance via HRMS.

Absence Policy

If you are not present in office or on the field without applying leave:

  • It will be deducted from your leave balance
  • Or from salary if no leaves are left
  • No verbal excuses will be accepted for absence

Dress Code

Weekday Attire

Mon–Thu: Business Formal or Smart Casual

Friday: Casuals allowed (neat, professional)

Personal Grooming

Personal grooming and hygiene are mandatory.

Professionalism

Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and respect toward all team members.

Prohibited Behavior

No harassment, discrimination, or misbehavior will be tolerated.

Resource Usage

Use company resources responsibly.

Confidentiality

Maintain confidentiality of clients and internal data.

Task Management Protocol

Task Updates

All task updates, submissions, and status reports must be entered into the official panel system.

No WhatsApp, personal chats, or unofficial platforms are permitted for task tracking.

Company Email

Every employee will be assigned a company email ID, which must be used for:

  • Internal communication
  • Reporting updates
  • Receiving official notifications

All operations and reporting must be handled strictly through official systems.

Use of Technology

Authorized Software

Employees may use only authorized company software and devices.

Internet Usage

Internet usage is monitored for compliance and security.

Passwords

Passwords must be confidential.

Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized use or tampering of tech infrastructure is a punishable offense.

Data Privacy & Confidentiality Policy

Strict Enforcement

At SkyEat Pvt. Ltd., data security is non-negotiable. All employees, contractors, and third-party vendors must comply with the following policies to protect sensitive company and client information. Violations will result in severe consequences.

Definition of Confidential Information

Confidential data includes, but is not limited to:

  • Source code, algorithms, and proprietary software
  • Client databases, contracts, and business strategies
  • Financial records, pricing models, and internal reports
  • Employee details, HR policies, and payroll information
  • Unreleased product designs, roadmaps, and patents

Strict Prohibitions

Employees must NOT:

  • Share, forward, or upload company data via personal email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Drive, or any unauthorized cloud storage.
  • Use USB drives, external hard disks, or personal devices to transfer work-related files.
  • Discuss confidential projects in public spaces (e.g., cafĂ©s, social media, or calls outside secure networks).
  • Store passwords in unsecured formats (e.g., plain text, shared notes).

Consequences of Breach

If any employee violates this policy—intentionally or accidentally:

  • Immediate Suspension pending investigation.
  • Termination Without Notice if found guilty.
  • Legal Action under:
    • Indian IT Act, 2000 (Section 43, 66) for data theft & cybercrime.
    • Company NDA Clause (financial penalties + damages).
  • Blacklisting from future employment in partner organizations.

Security Measures

  • End-to-end encrypted tools only (company-approved: Slack, Microsoft Teams, BitLocker).
  • Biometric/2FA access for sensitive systems.
  • Regular audits (random checks on emails, network logs, and file transfers).
  • Whistleblower Protection: Employees reporting breaches will remain anonymous.

Employee Acknowledgment

  • Mandatory NDA signing during onboarding.
  • Annual cybersecurity training with compliance tests.
  • Zero-tolerance policy—no exceptions for rank or tenure.

Note: Ignorance is not an excuse. All employees are responsible for understanding this policy.
